Unsent Letters

Unsent Letters signups will close a little under a day from now, at March 8th, 11:59PM UTC (countdown).

This is a good time to update any WIP requests, link your Dear Writer letters, or check that you are matchable on offers. All requests are visible at the Requests Summary page, or at the app.

Matching has been run, and there were three unmatchable sign-ups we now have one unmatchable sign-up. Please check your e-mail if your username begins with K or S!

Matching will be re-run and assignments sent out once the participants have responded or on March 10th 11:59pm UTC, whichever is sooner.

Tag Set | Signup Form

• You may request 3-10 fandoms and offer 3-10 fandoms, with at least 1 relationship and 1 epistolary type in each request and offer.
• Requesting or offering the same fandom more than once is fine, as long as your overall signup meets the 3 unique fandom requests/3 unique fandom offers requirement.

There is a known AO3 bug where typing into the box does not make the relationship show up in the dropdown. In that case, please copy and paste the relationship from the tagset, exactly as it appears there; this should save. If you still encounter issues, please let me know in a comment or by email or PM, and I can manually add it to your sign-up after sign-ups close.

'Any Relationship'

The 'Any Relationship' option refers to 'Any Relationship currently in the tagset for the fandom', not any relationship in the fandom in general. By checking this box in requests, you are requesting a gift for any of the relationships in the tagset for that fandom, and by checking this box in offers, you are offering to write any of the relationships in the tagset for that fandom.

If there are relationships for your fandom in the tagset you do not want to receive or write, please do not select 'Any Relationship' in your signup.

Similarly, 'Any Character' refers to any of the 4 epistolary categories. If there are any epistolary categories you do not want to receive or write, please do not select the 'Any Character' option in your signup.


'Hermione Granger & none'

This tag is currently duplicated in the tagset. As signups are ongoing I will leave the tagset as-is, but if you have offered or requested 'Hermione Granger & none (HP)', please use the 'Hermione Granger & none (Harry Potter)' version of the tag if possible. This is to ensure that your request for this relationship can match to an offer for this relationship, and vice versa.

After signups close, I'll go through and update all signups requesting or offering this tag to use this version. (Nothing else will be changed. If you don't want me to edit your signup, please let me know in a comment to this post.)
