As we still have one pinch hit outstanding, the collection opening will be delayed for four days to May 6, 11:59PM UTC to give the potential pinch hitter some more time. All other assignments have been submitted - thank you, participants and pinch hitters.

Several participants mentioned mistaking the deadline, so I have contacted creators who have works outstanding, and post-deadline pinch hits will be posted several hours from now.

DNWs

If you routinely DNW 1st or 2nd person POV, please consider waiving or clarifying the DNW (e.g. 'DNW 1st/2nd POV when outside of epistolary sections') as epistolary fic frequently uses these POVs.

Please ensure your DNWs do not conflict with your signup. For instance, do not DNW a relationship or epistolary category you request, especially if you have requested Any (see the previous clarification post).

If you receive an assignment where the recipient's DNWs contradict the signup, the signup takes priority. If the DNW is the only relationship or epistolary category you matched on, please contact me for a new assignment.

'Data & Geordi LaForge'

This tag is currently duplicated in the tagset. If you are requesting or offering this relationship, please use the 'Data & Geordi LaForge (Star Trek: The Next Generation)' version of the tag if possible. This is to ensure that your request for this relationship can match to an offer for this relationship, and vice versa.

'Any Relationship'

The 'Any Relationship' option refers to 'Any Relationship currently in the tagset for the fandom', not any relationship in the fandom in general. By checking this box in requests, you are requesting a gift for any of the relationships in the tagset for that fandom, and by checking this box in offers, you are offering to write any of the relationships in the tagset for that fandom.

If there are relationships for your fandom in the tagset you do not want to receive or write, please do not select 'Any Relationship' in your signup.

Similarly, 'Any Character' refers to any of the 4 epistolary categories. If there are any epistolary categories you do not want to receive or write, please do not select the 'Any Character' option in your signup.

'Hermione Granger & none'

This tag is currently duplicated in the tagset. As signups are ongoing I will leave the tagset as-is, but if you have offered or requested 'Hermione Granger & none (HP)', please use the 'Hermione Granger & none (Harry Potter)' version of the tag if possible. This is to ensure that your request for this relationship can match to an offer for this relationship, and vice versa.

You may request 3-10 fandoms and offer 4-10 fandoms, with at least 1 relationship and 1 epistolary type in each request and offer.

Requesting or offering the same fandom more than once is fine, as long as your overall signup meets the 3 unique fandom requests/4 unique fandom offers requirement.

* Note to Dragon Age nominators: As per the previous nom clarifications post, Dragon Age: Inquisition relationship tags are now under Dragon Age: Video Games.

Clarifications:
Dragon Age nominators: There are some duplicates across Dragon Age (Video Games) and the more specific Dragon Age: Inquisition (the relationships Leliana/Female Warden and Morrigan/Male Warden). If you are requesting or offering these ships, please note that requests under the Inquisition tag will not match offers in the Video Games tag and vice versa, so check your matches!

More generally, would you prefer that Inquisition be merged into the more general Dragon Age: Video Games tag? If I don't receive a response I'll leave them as-is.

Please nominate under a specific media type if possible. Nominations under [Fandom] & Related Fandoms or [Fandom] - All Media Types will be accepted, but please note that requests under All Media Types will not match to an offer under a specific media type, and vice versa.
